Alright, I'm going to give some light critique if thats ok? Since your asked for a suggestion.

First of all, I LOVE how you did the hair. It looks so nice and wispy. Seriously wish I could draw hair like that, mine always looks clumped together and gross.

In my opionion, I think the thighs look fine, but that neck looks a bit to long.
Not to offend, but I can't tell the gender of the character. Which shouldn't worry you, a lot of anime character get mistaken for the opposite gender.
If it's a girl, I think the torso should probably be a little bit smaller, not as long, and make her more curvy (Unless you intended on her being pretty flat chested)
and if it's a guy, you should probably make the hips smaller and the shoulders a bit more broad (Along with the chest perhaps?)

But all in all, hope I didn't hurt your feelings or anything. I always liked how you do the faces/head/hair but I'd love to see more full body pictures from you in the future :]
